Q: How can I make an order?
A: Send us the inquiry or chat with us if you have any questions before order, we will reply you in details asap, then we will send PI according to your specific requirement. After confirm the order. And you will make 30% deposit (company bank account), we will start production asa receive your deposit. And when we finish production, we will send you photos to confirm or you can come to inspect the products. After confirm the products are good, you will make 70% balance before shipping. Your goods will be sent to you asa we receive the balance.
Q: Can I place a sample order?
A: Yeah, But for the sample order, we will charge the sample cost (retail price) and if you order us later. We can send back the fee to you.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Yes, the MOQ of general order is base on your size. We will confirm you MOQ when you confirm the size.
Q: Is shipping for free?
A: No, the shipment fee needs to be paid by buyers, and it is determined by weight and shipment method. We will confirm the shipping free to you if you want.
